Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

 

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

 

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or custom and personalized products.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
